Tracy is a REALTOR and the Property Manager for Lake Havasu Homes. Like many
residents of Lake Havasu City, she moved here from Southern California to enjoy the great

As a fireman's daughter
(actually her dad was a police officer before he joined the Costa Mesa fire department),
she grew up with boat racing, recreational boating, water skiing, sand rails, hot rods,
you name it! She was also a Newport "beach girl", so moving to Lake
Havasu City was a perfect fit.
Working as a property
manager started when Tracy realized that she wanted help vacation home owners by
providing reliable property management and property assistance services.
With extensive experience working in management,
customer service, marketing, real estate, and as a landlord herself, Tracy knew she could
offer the kind of services that most people are looking for; fast, friendly, and reliable!
