RENTAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES:
Internet Advertising:
 We will include your home and
information here in our View the Rentals section.
We will assist you in locating prospective home seekers by receiving inquiries
from prospective tenants.
We will notifiy you immediately when someone is interested in your
property.
We will help answer questions you may have and with other information you may
need.
Fee: $12.00 (per month, per property)
Limited Assistance
with Tenants:
We will conduct and initial inventory of your home, photograph the personal
property within your rental home and keep this
information on file.
($10.00 one time fee per property)
We will meet your tenant and provide them with the key.
We will collect your key when the tenant departs.
We will inspect your home upon departure of rental tenants and notify you of your
home's condition.
We will check your thermostat setting and re-set as needed.
Housekeeping services are also available - see below for information.
Fee: $20.00 (per tenant)
Rental Contracts
We will draft a rental contract for you
and you utilizing the Arizona
Association of Realtors Form RRA&RFD.
We will email or fax the completed form to you for transmission to
your tenant.
Fee: $20.00 (per tenant)

NON-RENTAL RELATED SERVICES FOR YOUR
HOME:
Home Sitting:
If you have a vacation home,
whether you use it as a rental or not, when it's not being used you need someone to keep
an eye on it for you. We provide that service.
We will perform routine inspections
your property twice each month (interior and
exterior), or more often as needed. We
will check landscape, irrigation, smoke
detectors, pool/spa, garage, flush toilets, etc.)
We will collect your mail and place it in your home (forwarding available)
Fee: $25.00 (per month, per
property)
Other Specialty
Services:
We can help with various home maintentance services
(hang ceiling fans, correct irrigation
problems, etc.)
Fee: Dependant upon need
(services provided by a licensed contractor)
Meet various service personnel at your home
(pest control, plumbing repairs, pool repair, A/C
& heating repair, etc.)
Fee: $10.00 (per
occurrence)
Set your air conditioner or heater to
the appropriate temperature prior to your arrival.
Fee: $10.00 (per
occurrence)
We will grocery shop for you before you arrive to enjoy your home.
Fee: $20.00 (grocery
payment & shopping list required in advance)
We can perform various errands for you.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
We will make sure your home is clean upon your
tenant's departure. We can make sure you home is clean after YOUR
departure too. You come to Lake Havasu to relax. Don't spend time cleaning
before you pack up to go home. Leave that to us!
Housekeeping Services include; washing linens/towels, making beds, cleaning
bathrooms and kitchens, cleaning floors, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, mirrors,
etc. We will even clean out the refrigerator upon request but we do not wash dishes.
Fee: $100.00 (per visit)
