you are away. You can't get that from a hotel or motel!

offer the amenities you would expect in a home, including cable TV, telephones, complete
kitchens with small appliances, linens and more. Some of the vacation homes even

OUR SERVICES - NO COST TO YOU:
When you contact us, we will answer your
questions and provide any information we can about the rental homes listed. We are
also happy to answer questions you may have about Lake Havasu City and the surrounding
area.
If you are interested in booking a home, please
send us an email message using the link provided on our Contact
Us page. Your message will be received in our office and we will follow up
with you. We will then contact the vacation home owner on your behalf and provide
them with your contact information. They will follow up with you regarding the rental of
their property and will provide you with information specific to the home's availability,
etc., or they may ask us to contact you on their behalf.
Upon your arrival, we may meet you to provide
you with the key to your vacation home and any paperwork or other information that may be
required. This will depend on the arrangements that have been made with the vacation home
owner.
We will likely visit the home immediately
following your departure so that we can report back to the home owner regarding the
condition of their home. This will depend on the arrangements we have made with the
vacation home owner.
WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU DURING YOUR STAY:
 Shop for groceries
prior to your arrival. We will be happy to make sure your vacation
home is ready for your arrival and that the pantry and
refrigerator has what you need.
Fee: $20.00 (requires
a list and payment in advance for the cost of groceries)
Light Housekeeping
once you have arrived (monthly tenants only). We can help!
(includes cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, dusting,
countertops, floors)
Fee: $75.00 per
visit
Errands and other
miscellaneous tasks you may need help with.
Fee: $15.00 per
hour (or as negotiated depending on task)
